We kindly request 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes. Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations with 24 hours' notice will be charged a 50% service fee. 

No call and/or no show: The client will be charged 100% of the service fee.  

If you are 15 mins or more late your appointment will be rescheduled and you will forfeit your deposit. 

Yes, although we always recommend scheduling an appointment, walk-ins are welcome if space is available. 

 Paid parking lots are located on each side of salon, as well as street parking. 

 Yes! We have WiFi, a snack bar, beer and wine. Feel free to work or relax.
