Philip is a global educator and Redken Brand Ambassador. Owner of SALON ICON in the heart of Nashville on Music Row.
Philip has traveled the world teaching classes on his “Expensive Hair” technique and enjoys motivating other stylists in the industry. Phil is currently writing his first book.
WHITNEY
A Florida girl turned Austinite and now residing in Nashville, Whitney’s love for creating luxury customized color for her clients is her biggest goal!
Passionate about her career and her clients, Whitney has established herself as a successful stylist for over 17 years. Specializing in lived in/dimensional color, she is continuously growing her knowledge and perfecting her craft.
Whitney aims to create a foundation of trust and relationship with her clients, helping to achieve the dream hair they have always wanted!
TESSA
Tessa is a Nashville native with 8 years of experience behind the chair. Tessa’s passion for hair lies within creating customizable looks to suit each client that are easy for them to maintain at home. Her love for working with people and meticulous attention to detail set her apart! She is a L’Oréal certified balayage artist and is all about that perfect “lived in” blonde with a complementing cut to match. Tessa is also certified in various methods of extensions that can be customized to suit your individual needs.
MIRANDA
With 9+ years behind the chair, Miranda has spent her career specializing in dimensional, lived-in color, and extensions! Having spent 4 years as a color educator she is passionate about continuing to grow as a stylist and offer the best experience for her guests.
Miranda thrives on making each and every guest feel beautiful and confident with their hair, in addition to helping guests learn how to maintain and maximize their color
longevity and at-home routine for extensions!
BROOKE
Hi I’m Brooke and am from California and have been behind the chair for 5 years. I specialize In handtied extensions and blonde. I enjoy coming to work everyday and meeting new clients. I also am passionate about making clients feel their best
CASSIE
Hi guys! My name is Cassie! I am a Nashville native, born and raised in a small town just north of the city. I love doing extensions, brunettes, lived in color and anything blonding! I am now accepting new clients and would love to have you in my chair!
KAYLA
Kayla is a Nashville native with 6 years of experience behind the chair. Kayla started out behind the chair at a blowout bar where she perfected her styling skills and has done hair for multiple events and weddings in the Nashville area. She then went on to assist one of the most talented stylist in town learning everything there is to know about color.
Kayla is well-rounded in all aspects of hair with a focus on styling and dimensional color. She loves to work with people and has a genuine relationship with each and every one of her clients.

GRACE
I am a Nashville-based hairstylist specializing in all things lived-in color, blonding, and extensions! After five years behind the chair, I’ve fallen in love with creating effortless, low-maintenance looks that work for you and your lifestyle.
SARA MAY
Hi I'm Sara May. I am a freelance colorist and stylist based in Nashville . Education is my passion and helping woman achieve their best hair at any age is my slice of bread. On my days off you can find me being an antisocial butterfly with my two cats, working the merch for my boyfriend's band, building my peace of mind at the gym. My guilty pleasures are : Dateline, Bubblebaths , Philosophy, chai tea latte anytime of day.
HAELEE
Haelee Guajardo is a second generation hair stylist and makeup artist from Southern California. She has been in Nasvhille for just over four years now, connecting with her peers and building an exceptional clientele in and out of the salon.
Haelee got her start at 18 years old, attending a year long makeup school in Hollywood. She continued her makeup career working for Anastasia Beverly Hills while also attaining many freelance positions on some of Hollywood’s biggest sets doing makeup and hair.
Fast forward a pandemic, cosmetology license, and a new city later, she continues her passion in the salon doing extensions and outside of the salon doing hair and makeup. Haelee is consistently looking for different ways to keep her hands creating full hair and makeup looks for clients, whether on set, for a wedding, or simply a special event.
